MaCTexcel Consultants was founded by Prashant Pimpalkhute after nearly four decades of leadership experience in manufacturing and supply-chain management.
The name itself reflects our philosophy:

MaCTexcel works primarily with manufacturing and engineering enterprises to strengthen leadership capability, manufacturing systems, supply chains and people competencies.

About the founder

Prashant Pimpalkhute

Prashant Pimpalkhute is a manufacturing and supply-chain professional with approximately 42 years of leadership experience across some of India's respected engineering organisations. During his corporate career, he held senior leadership positions with Larsen & Toubro Limited, ASB International Pvt. Ltd. and Triveni Turbine Limited, eventually serving at Executive Vice-President level. His experience spans manufacturing operations, production systems, strategic sourcing, subcontracting, supplier development and management of extended manufacturing networks — effectively managing the factory beyond the factory.

Throughout his career, his focus has been on building manufacturing and supply-chain systems capable of supporting rapid business growth while improving productivity, quality, delivery, cost effectiveness and customer responsiveness. After completing his corporate career, he founded MaCTexcel Consultants to bring this experience to SMEs and growing engineering businesses.

Today, his work combines three disciplines which are often treated separately:
Leadership Coaching + Operational Consulting + Capability Development. He works with owners and senior managers to develop leadership capability, with organisations to establish robust manufacturing systems, and with engineers and managers to enhance their techno-functional and managerial competencies. Prashant firmly believes that organisations improve when their people improve.
